What sort of issues does therapy help with?

Psychodynamic psychotherapy can help to better understand, manage and solve a great range of issues from mild anxiety and feelings of uncertainty and dissatisfaction, through to more acute mental health problems, eating disorders, suicidal thoughts and addictions.

What kinds of therapy do you offer?

We offer both open ended (longer) and short-term weekly therapy (14 weeks). We are psychodynamic therapists. You can read more about psychodynamic therapy on the British Pyschoanalytic Council website.

How much does a session cost?

Your initial online consultation is free of charge. Thereafter sessions charged from £75.

What do you mean by “session”?

Your session time with your therapist. Your session will be 50 minutes, on the same day and at the same time every week.

Where are the sessions held?

Our therapists are highly experienced and trained in providing both face-to-face and online therapy. Our practice rooms are in Central London, Berkshire & Hereford. Get in touch to find out more.
